Dynamic duo

Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli have taken over from Alessandra Facchinetti as creative directors of Valentino. For the past 10 years the pair oversaw the label's accessories line, and will now add the ready-to-wear and haute couture lines to their list of responsibilities.

Creative decision

Sergio Rossi has appointed Francesco Russo as its creative director. Russo replaces Edmundo Castillo, and will be in charge of both women's and men's footwear as well as handbags and accessories.

'Clyde' back in style

In other Sergio Rossi news, the footwear label has teamed up with Puma on a capsule collection of sporty heels (top right) and slick trainers based on Puma's classic Clyde style that will debut in Hong Kong in February.

Jewellery with heart

Italian jeweller Loffredo - in support of the Hong Kong Cancer Fund's 2008 Pink Revolution - has released a special collection of coral jewellery pieces to benefit the initiative. SLY has opened a new shop in Hong Kong. Feeling lucky

To pay homage to its autumn 2008 advertising campaign in the US, Lucky Brand Jeans has enlisted eight local artists and one photographer to create a series of works for an in-store exhibition that will run from tomorrow until December 10. Elements mall, IFC Mall, Sole Town and its new location at LCX Harbour City.
