'Training the Trainer' is a two-day seminar organised by the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. Training programmes are costly and therefore any investment in such a venture should produce effective results, but just because a person is a good manager, it does not necessarily mean that they are a good trainer. Even good trainers need to be updated regularly to become more effective.
