'Training the Trainer' is a two-day seminar organised by the Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerce. Training programmes are costly and therefore any investment in such a venture should produce effective results, but just because a person is a good manager, it does not necessarily mean that they are a good trainer. Even good trainers need to be updated regularly to become more effective. Designed for trainers and training managers, HR managers, personnel managers and managers who have to conduct training courses, the objective is to help attendees identify training needs, plan and conduct training programmes, validate the effectiveness of their training activities and demonstrate effective presentation skills.
