A 24-year-old woman who was arrested on suspicion of abandoning her newborn son    will appear in Tuen Mun Court  today  on a charge of exposing a child to conditions that could endanger  his life.  Police detained the woman in  Ngau Tau Kok on Wednesday.  The infant  was found on a slope off Castle Peak Road on Tuesday night.
