More than 90 per cent of parents whose children have been sexually abused support setting up a sex offenders' register, a study shows. The End Child Sexual Abuse Foundation found that out of 100 victims and parents whose children were victims interviewed in July and August, 72 per cent said would check such a register when hiring domestic help and tutors.
