Reaching new heights

The ICC encompasses two high-end hotels, luxury apartments - all above Elements and the MTR

The integrated Kowloon Station property development will incorporate the grade A offices at the ICC Tower, two six-star hotels, namely W Hong Kong and The Ritz-Carlton, luxury residences at The Cullinan, serviced suites at The HarbourView Place and the 1millionsq ft shopping mall, Elements.

The Ritz-Carlton will be at the pinnacle of the ICC - on floors 103 to 118 - and is expected to open in 2010.

It will be Asia's tallest hotel, with spacious, luxuriously appointed rooms and suites featuring the latest in technological enhancements and fine design elements, complete with panoramic views of the Hong Kong skyline, said to Lo King-wai, general manager (office leasing) with Sun Hung Kai Real Estate Agency.

In addition to three fine dining restaurants and extensive meeting space, the hotel's amenities will include an indoor swimming pool and a world-class spa and wellness centre.

Located on the waterfront of the Kowloon Station development, the ICC will be the tallest building in Hong Kong when it is completed. It will have an observation deck for people to take in spectacular views of Hong Kong's skyline.

'The observation deck will be on the 100th floor. Featuring a view like no other, the observation deck provides a 'must-see' panoramic view for visitors and locals alike,' Mr Lo said.

'The observation deck is scheduled to open to the public in late 2010, providing a unique experience featuring not only dramatic views, but also a fully featured food and beverage outlet.'
