Thomas Jefferson Wu is suing Next Magazine in the High Court for defamation. Mr Wu, co-managing director of Hopewell Holdings, filed a writ on Thursday against the magazine, its publisher and editor Lee Fo-yee over an October 29 Next story about Accumulator investments. Mr Wu alleges the story was misleading and libellous, and seeks damages and a permanent injunction.
