The seven-course feast includes luxuries such as Australian Coffin Bay oysters with beluga caviar, Ise lobster, Sanriku abalone and Oma toro sashimi, Nemuro Taraba king crab sushi, grilled Boston lobster with lemon and herb butter, and a mouth-watering main course of Bincho charcoal-grilled Kobe beef sirloin steak. Each course is paired with a different wine, ending with a Chateau d'Yquem 1996 to go with the chocolate terrine with gold leaf and coffee sorbet.

The five-course dinner is priced at HK$988 and starts off with a capon salad with artichoke, crayfish and celery, followed by Mirco squid on porcini and ricotta cheese risotto. The third course consists of a pumpkin emulsion with foie gras in port, leading to the main course of slow-roasted veal fillet with sage chestnut puree, figs and spice sauce.
