A 28-year-old woman was hit on the head with a hard object by two men and robbed of a bag containing HK$48,000 in Chai Wan at about 10am yesterday. It was the 29th case of robbery this year in which the victim was clubbed over the head. The woman, who was attacked from behind, was conscious when taken to Eastern Hospital. Police said the thieves were about 22, of thin build and wearing black clothes.
