Cheung King-wai remained in second place overall but Hong Kong lost their leading position in the team classification after the third stage of the Tour of South China Sea in Dongguan yesterday. Zhang Li, of the Guangdong team, took the 111km circuit race in two hours, 26 minutes and 37 seconds. Cheung was Hong Kong's best finisher in ninth place. Xu Gang now leads the general classification, while Cheung is four seconds behind. The China national team have overtaken Hong Kong overall. The Tour moves to Foshan today.
