Return of arts in the park

A new round of the Arts Corner will start at Hong Kong Park from today and run all year from noon to 6pm on weekends and public holidays. The Leisure and Cultural Services Department said it would create a relaxed atmosphere for art appreciation. Similar events are being held at Victoria Park and Kowloon Park.

Woman injured dodging dog

A 34-year-old woman was slightly injured when she lost control of her car on Lin Cheung Road, Jordan, and crashed while turning a corner at about 6am. She told police she was trying to avoid hitting a dog.

Traffic officer falls off motorbike

A traffic police officer was slightly injured when he fell off his motorbike on the Canal Road flyover in Happy Valley at about 7.30am.

Man hurt in red-light crash

A man, 45, suffered neck injuries when a taxi and car ran into the back of his car when he stopped at a red light in Wong Tai Sin at about 9am.

Accident disrupts traffic

West Kowloon traffic was disrupted for an hour after a crash on the Gascoigne Road flyover at 3pm.
