The Society for Community Organisation revealed yesterday the top 10 children's welfare issues that the government must address, in its annual report calling for a children's ombudsman. They include providing meals to the 330,000 children living in poverty, 15 years of free education, offering adequate financial assistance to children and their families, and adjusting housing policies to meet the study needs of students in poor families.
