In yesterday's report, 'Arbitration specialist to head Bar Association' on page A3, Bar Association secretary Keith Yeung was quoted as saying Russell Coleman SC was 'duly elected' as the only nominee. We wish to clarify Mr Yeung said Mr Coleman 'shall be deemed to be elected'. He must still be formally elected at the association's AGM on January 15.
