The Education Bureau will canvass public views on the development of school textbooks and the use of electronic teaching materials this year, through a survey and public consultations. Writing on the bureau's website, Undersecretary for Education Kenneth Chen Wei-on also proposed running trial projects on the use of online teaching tools in schools.
