The MTR Corporation will stop offering a HK$1.50 discount on its fares to ferry passengers from Sok Kwu Wan, Yung Shue Wan, Peng Chau and Mui Wo from next Wednesday, ferry companies said. The six-month promotion was launched last July. Meanwhile, the government yesterday sidestepped questions on whether MTR Corp would extend its promotion on day and monthly passes on the East Rail and West Rail, which expires in June.
