Henderson Land general manager to chair asset management unit

Henderson Land Development's general manager of the sales department, Tony Tse Wai-chuen, will step down next month to assume the chairmanship of Henderson Sunlight Asset Management, a wholly owned subsidiary. He succeeds Kan Fook-yee, whose term of office is due to expire. Mr Tse will also act as manager of Sunlight Real Estate Investment Trust. Peggy Sito
