Advice sought in case against trainer

Police will seek advice from the Department of Justice before deciding whether to charge horse trainer Danny Shum Chap-shing in connection with an alleged indecent assault against a woman he met in a Sha Tin pub last week. The move came as Mr Shum, 48, reported back to police on Monday and had his bail term extended for a month.
