Opening of Kim Robinson's debut exhibition, 'Wishful Thinking'

Where: The Cat Street Gallery

When: January 15

What: Hairstylist-turned-painter Kim Robinson recently opened his first art exhibition. Robinson's career as a hairstylist has spanned more than three decades. Princess Diana was among his clients. Twenty per cent of the show's proceeds will be donated to Operation Smile to improve the lives of children born with cleft palates. The exhibition will end on Sunday.

Who: Friends of the hairstylist seen supporting the event included Canto-pop diva Sandy Lam Yik-lin, Sally Thompson, Will Parry-Oakden, Kate Bryant, Marissa Shaw and the gallery's owner, Mandy D'Abo.
