Eye cream can help prevent fine lines, reduce puffiness and lighten dark circles. Pat onto your skin using your ring finger.

Murad Moisture Silk Eye Gel (HK$470/15ml)

The texture of the eye gel is incredible. It's silky and soft, but not sticky at all - and you can almost feel your skin drink it in. The design of the dispenser is very eye-catching, adding a touch of modern art to your bathroom shelf. Tel: 2118 5622

Sampar Eye Rule (HK$550/10ml)

This cream comes in a practical roll-on tube with a clever push device at the opposite end which allows you to measure the exact amount you want. It's silky-soft and smells of baby powder, but it's a little bit sticky and takes a while to be absorbed. Best saved for your night-time routine. Tel: 2118 3365

Fresh Lotus Eye Gel (HK$480/15ml)

Incredibly pricey, but luckily a little goes a long way. Soothes and smoothes skin, and helps reduce puffiness - but if you're cutting costs, cold teabags are cheaper and nearly as effective. Tel: 2111 3312

AD+ Refining Eye Cream (HK$340/12g)

Brilliant tube design keeps the cream fresh and moist and is the perfect size for your handbag. This cream is reasonably priced and acts as a great base for concealer. Tel: 2191 9850

Dior Hydraction Visible Defense Hydra Protective Eye Cream SPF 20 (HK$360/15ml)

Its creamy texture is rich enough for the winter-spring season without feeling greasy. Easy to blend and instantly nourishing, it has a noticeable effect on fine lines, dryness and dark circles. It's gently fragranced but non-irritating. Tel: 2265 7728
