A three-storey special unit in Block 4 at Dynasty Court in Mid-Levels with a parking space was sold for about HK$82 million or HK$19,331 per square foot this week. It has a floor area of 4,242 sqft. Agents said the price was reasonable as there were only a few special units available. With poor market sentiment, the estate had only one transaction this year. An upper-floor unit in Block 4 sold for HK$13,761 per square foot last month. Separately, Yeung Wing-yan, the owner of a ginseng company in Hong Kong and a developer in Shenzhen and Jilin, acquired two residential units in Mid-Levels and Wan Chai for HK$27.1 million. He bought a 2,200 sqft luxury unit for HK$14.3 million at Glory Mansion in Mid-Levels and a 2,005 sqft unit at Suncrest Tower in Wan Chai for HK$6,384 per square foot.
