SCMP Reporter

A unemployed man who assaulted a security guard at the British consulate because he was dissatisfied with the service at the visa section was fined HK$2,000 yesterday in Eastern Court. Acting Principal Magistrate Bina Chainrai  ordered Felix So Lap-mo,  49, to pay the fine for one count of common assault.  The incident happened on January 20.
