One of the companies that operates ferries in Central is seeking to build a sea-view restaurant at one of the piers. Park Island Transport has submitted a proposal for a 590 square metre restaurant on the second floor of Pier 2, arguing that the additional revenue is needed to offset the cost of its ferry service. The Town Planning Board will discuss it tomorrow.
