CSD officer on probation for indecent photo

A Correctional Services Department officer who took photos up a woman's skirt was put on a 12-month probation order yesterday. Chan Chi-hang, 32, was caught placing a bag with a digital camera underneath a woman's skirt last August. He was convicted in Kwun Tong Court of one count of behaving in a disorderly manner in a public space. The department is studying the verdict.
