Rising demand for canned, frozen food

More shoppers have been hunting for canned and frozen foods in supermarkets to save money. Hongkongers' demand for frozen food in the three months from December last year to February totalled 1,867 tonnes, a jump of 10.5 per cent from the 1,690 tonnes in the same period a year earlier, according to a study by market research company AC Nielsen.
