Veteran teacher to head new college

The deputy principal of South Island School, Roy White (pictured), is to be head of the soon-to-be-opened International College Hong Kong in Sha Tau Kok, the school announced this week. He will take up the position in September. Before joining South Island School, Mr White worked for Sha Tin College for 18 years. The college was set up by Hong Lok Yuen International School, Japanese International School and Kingston International School. In addition to former primary pupils from the three founding schools, the college will also be open to students from other institutions.
