The Centre for Health Protection is investigating the death of an eight-year-old Sai Kung boy who had symptoms of encephalitis but no recent history of travel. He was taken to Tseung Kwan O Hospital on Sunday with fever, vomiting and convulsions. A pupil at Sai Kung Sung Tsun Catholic School, he tested negative for the influenza A virus.
