Daniel Lee Chi-wo heads into Sunday's opening event of the new ITU world championship series in South Korea in a confident mood after a top-20 finish in last weekend's Ishigaki World Cup event in Japan. 'Ishigaki was a good race for me, and I'm now looking forward to racing in Korea,' said Lee (pictured), who finished nearly five minutes behind Australia's Courtney Atkinson in 18th place. 'The competition will be quite tough but if my race tactics are good I should get a fairly high finish.' Sunday's event takes place in Tongyeong, and carries a prize fund of US$150,000.
