International teams to duke it out

A total of 29 teams from around the world will take to the ice at MegaBox in Kowloon Bay today for the adult competition in the Mega Ice Hockey 5's. Top teams from around the world, including Germany, Canada, Japan and China, will go head-to-head in Asia's largest ice hockey tournament. The five-day youth tournament got under way last week with Hong Kong Typhoon- Excap winning the 11-12 age division with a 11-0 victory over Singapore in the final. Five other divisions were decided last week from aged five to 10 with teams from Beijing winning four of the other five titles contested. The final of adult divisions will take place on Saturday.
