Transport warden denies MTR assault charge

A transport warden and auxiliary policeman pleaded not guilty in Kwun Tong Court yesterday to indecently assaulting a woman on the MTR last month. Tung Siu-yung, 44, allegedly indecently assaulted the woman on a train from Wong Tai Sin to Prince Edward on April 8. The case was adjourned to June 9 for trial. Tung had been suspended from work, a defence lawyer said.
