A fitness centre has sued a former personal trainer for allegedly poaching a customer and working for a rival gym around the block. Pure Fitness said in a writ filed in the High Court that Miles Richard Price breached his contract by wooing a member, Rita Suen, to the new gym. It asked for damages and an injunction on Mr Price working at a competitor for at least three months.
