Warning on dehumidifiers

The Electrical and Mechanical Services Department warned the public to stop using Rowenta dehumidifiers - model number DH3020 with week codes 0108, 1108, 1908 and 3108 - because they might overheat after lengthy operation. It said owners should contact the supplier, SEB Asia, for free servicing. The affected products were supplied between March last year and January. A customer-service hotline, 8104 4228, has been set up.
