The Pegasus Social Service Christian Organisation - the school's sponsoring body since 2001 - was set up in 1990 to offer a wide range of social services.

Pegasus, based in Tsuen Wan, offers a youth centre, counselling for newly arrived mainland families and after-school care.

In 1998, it received funding from the Quality Education Fund and technical support to launch a project to promote public awareness of information technology. It did this by converting a double-decker bus into a multimedia classroom. A year later, the organisation launched another such project with the support of the then-Information Technology and Broadcasting Bureau, Microsoft and other companies.

It has been on the Inland Revenue Department's list of charitable institutions since 1994.
