Graft watchdog charges trio with bribery

A 30-year-old former air freight supervisor, Chan Fung, and the proprietors of two logistics companies, Leung Po-ming, 46, and Barry Yau To-tak, 44, have been charged with bribery by the Independent Commission Against Corruption. The case involves bribes estimated at more than HK$370,000 allegedly made between September 2006 and last October. The three are free on bail and will appear in Eastern Court on Tuesday.
