Sino Land plans to raise the selling price of its Lake Silver project in Wu Kai Sha by 2 to 5 per cent tomorrow after it sold more than 300 flats yesterday. Since the project was launched on May 27, the developer has sold more than 1,600 flats at an average of HK$5,500 per square foot. Prices have been raised almost 28 per cent since the sale of the first batch of 84 units at HK$4,300 per square foot, but buyers' response remains strong. A 2,416 sqft unit was sold at HK$8,600 per square foot yesterday, the highest price of the standard units at the project.
