A 40-year-old tutor who intimidated a teacher was put on probation for 18 months at Kowloon City Court yesterday. Lee Chiu-fai wrote notes threatening to hurt the woman and scattered them outside Pui Ching Middle School, Kowloon City, in October. He had pleaded guilty to 16 charges of intimidation.
