Summer and bikinis mean it's time to buff away dead skin cells - and tiredness! Body scrubs rejuvenate your skin, leaving you feeling refreshed and revived.

Origins Modern Friction for the body (HK$350/200ml)

This fine, gentle scrub means you hardly feel the grains doing their work, but their smoothing effects are extremely good. The fresh smell is perfect for summer, and will make bath time even more enjoyable.

Missha Hot Burning Body Scrub (HK$129/180g)

The pepperminty scent is very refreshing. The salt is quite coarse and does a good job of moving that dead skin, but the product is really difficult to get out of the tube. The promised burn and after-use cooling don't seem to happen, either.

Clarins Smoothing Body Scrub (HK$280/200ml)

A combination of a fresh, light smell, and perfectly sized exfoliating particles make this a perfect product to scrub away uneven patches of skin and leave you feeling utterly invigorated.

Aveda Smoothing Body Polish (HK$270/250ml)

Just a little of this Aveda signature-scented scrub goes a long way, making it good value for money as it rubs off the worst of your dry skin.

Skinfood Cappuccino Scrub Body Wash (HK$140/260ml)

This exfoliating body wash uses large coffee granules to slough off dead skin effectively. Smelling of coffee and chocolate, it makes the perfect scrub to wake up to in the morning or indulge in at night. You'll need to use it with a body puff to get the full effects.
