Rockin' tees

A.P.C. has opened a store in Central. To celebrate, the French brand has released four limited-edition tees (HK$499) dedicated to rock 'n' roll. Available at all A.P.C. boutiques, including the new one at 24 Wyndham Street (below).

London calling

Designer Matthew Williamson is following Burberry's lead and showing during London Fashion Week this September. Williamson has been showing at New York Fashion Week since 2002.

Choo teams up for charity

Jimmy Choo has joined forces with the Elton John Aids Foundation to create a capsule collection of tote bags, clutches, ballet flats, heels and flip-flops, called Project PEP, reports vogue.co.uk. Twenty-five per cent of net sales will be donated to the funding of the Simelela Rape Centre in Cape Town. The limited-edition collection will be available at Jimmy Choo boutiques from November.

French brand Christian Lacroix recently filed for bankruptcy. The company is owned by US duty-free giant Falic.

Contempt order and damages

Gucci America and Richemont brand Chloe and Alfred Dunhill are seeking a contempt order and US$4 million in damages from the Bank of China. The bank failed to provide documents concerning the accounts of a Malaysian counterfeiter, reports WWD.
