A domestic helper was charged with one count of murder after her employer - a government official - was found hacked to death in a Causeway Bay flat on Thursday. The Filipino maid, 35, will appear in Kwun Tong Court today. The victim was identified as Janice Kei Yin-lam, 47, a senior project manager at the Architectural Services Department.
