A fire on a truck on Princess Margaret Road in Ho Man Tin caused a 1.5km traffic jam yesterday afternoon. The truck was near Oi Man Estate when its driver discovered the goods he was transporting were on fire. He abandoned the vehicle and called firemen, who put out the blaze in about 15 minutes. The emergency forced the closure of all lanes to traffic.
