Lawmakers, education policies rankle
The performance of lawmakers and education policies upset parents most, a New Forum survey shows. Legislators' performance received the lowest score of 2.36 out of 5, and education policies got 2.47, followed by 2.5 for the economic climate. But parents are happier overall, with a score of 3.17 compared with 3.08 last year. The concern group polled 436 people on their level of happiness.
