Designated street performance zones will be set up for buskers in half of the city's districts by the end of the year, lawmakers were told yesterday. Undersecretary for Home Affairs Florence Hui Hiu-fai said the bureau was working with the 18 district councils to identify locations and work out details such as effective hours of the zones and whether buskers would need to audition.
