Ofta gets 128 complaints about calls

Telecoms watchdog Ofta has received 128 complaints about telemarketing calls as of last month, since the Unsolicited Electronic Messages Ordinance was introduced in late 2007. Acting Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development Greg So Kam-leung said no investigations had been made because such calls were outside the scope of the ordinance.
