Two lead containers holding 60 pellets of radioactive iodine-125, used to treat prostate cancer, went missing on a China Eastern Airlines flight from Shanghai to Hong Kong on Tuesday, the Department of Health said. The packages, sent by Global Medical Solutions and destined for the Philippines, were found to be missing yesterday. Exposure to them was unlikely to be dangerous.
