A Greenpeace activist yesterday admitted his role in a protest where activists abseiled and hung a banner off government headquarters in Central last month. Edward Chan Yue-fai, 28, a campaign manager for Greenpeace China's office in Hong Kong, pleaded guilty in Eastern Court to one count of public nuisance and was fined HK$3,000.
