Lawmakers and parents have again called for education to be provided for special-needs students beyond the age of 18. Fernando Cheung Chiu-hung, speaking for a parents' alliance on RTHK's City Forum, said the intellectually disabled were entitled to study until they reached 20, and demanded that students who came of age this year should be allowed to join the new senior secondary curriculum next month.
