Guards attacked in shopping mall

Three security guards were assaulted in a shopping centre in Nathan Road, Mong Kok, when they ordered two men to leave because the centre was closing. Police arrested the two. The guards were treated for minor injuries.

Five hurt in taxi crash

Five people suffered minor injuries when a taxi crossed into the oncoming lane on Stanley Gap Road, Stanley, and hit a double-decker bus and a car at about 2pm.

Firebomb tossed into car park

A firebomb was thrown into a car park in Castle Peak Road, Lok Ma Chau, at 3am. An employee doused the flames. Two trucks and two cars were slightly damaged.
