Dance school sued for rent arrears

Latin dance teacher Louis Lo Lik-Sze is being sued for more than HK$87,300 in unpaid rent on his dance school premises. In a High Court writ filed on Tuesday, Wai Hing Enterprises claimed possession of the premises, in Prince Edward West, and the unpaid sum from Lo and his partner Ng Pui-ki. The Dancefire Centre of the Arts has been at the premises since 1983.
