Around 470kg of chilled poultry meat was seized in a raid by Food and Environmental Hygiene Department officers on an unlicensed food factory near Po Lau Road in Kwu Tung, Sheung Shui, early yesterday. A man was arrested. 'We will continue to take stringent enforcement action against unlicensed food businesses,' a department spokesman said.
