Police have classified as murder the death of a mainlander, in his 30s or 40s, in Kwong Wah Hospital last night. The two-way permit holder was found unconscious with knife wounds to his neck by the owner of a fruit shop near a storeroom in an alley near Canton Road and Argyle Street, Mong Kok, at about 7.50pm. Police found a fruit knife at the scene, which was cordoned off for investigation. Theft did not appear to be a motive.
