A former police constable who was caught with six video clips he had taken under women's skirts with a digital camera must serve 80 hours of community service. Mansell Wu Kim-man, 44, had earlier pleaded guilty in Kwun Tong Court to disorderly conduct in a public place. He was arrested after a friend of one of his victims noticed him standing close to them in Nathan Road, Mong Kok.
