Group attacks French tourists for staring

Nine teenagers attacked two French tourists with wooden rods, water pipes and knives at the intersection of Dundas and Tung Choi streets in Yau Ma Tei at 6am. The men, 21 and 23, were said to have stared at the group earlier in a McDonald's in Sai Yeung Choi Street South. The 23-year-old man required hospital treatment and was later discharged. No arrests have been made.
